Refunds or replacements are only granted if a purchased product is proven to be broken or non-functional. For example, if a purchased rank is not applied to your account, an in-game item is not delivered, or a product does not function as described, and we cannot provide a working fix within twenty-four (24) hours after being notified, a refund or replacement will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for any other reason. Common examples include: changing your mind, misunderstanding the product description, being banned from the server, or simply no longer wanting to play. Each product page contains an accurate description of what you will receive, so it is the customer’s responsibility to review it before purchase.
3. Reporting a Problem
To request a refund or replacement, you must provide clear context that the product is broken or unusable. This may include screenshots, your Minecraft username, or any other relevant information. Once verified, we will attempt to resolve the issue within twenty-four (24) hours but we will usually have a fix within a few hours.
4. Examples of Eligible Refunds
- A purchased rank is not applied to your Minecraft account and cannot be resolved.
- An in-game item or cosmetic is missing after purchase and cannot be delivered.
- A purchased product does not function as described and cannot be fixed within 24 hours.
